1. vatsaraWorkForce is provided by Vatsara Technologies to companies on a subscription basis. Each customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the data it enters.
2. Subscriptions are paid manually (bank transfer/UPI). After the end date there is a grace period, after which the account becomes read-only until renewed. Suspended accounts cannot be accessed.
3. Payroll calculations follow rules configured by the customer. vatsaraWorkForce does not provide legal, tax or statutory compliance advice and does not certify statutory compliance.
4. Profitability figures are management estimates based on recorded data and the stated methodology; they are not audited financial statements.
5. Customers must keep login credentials confidential and promptly remove access for people who leave.
